Open Shifts Still Available
Due to all the activity at this year’s festival, there are still open shifts even after our parents have signed up for their required hours. Remember that you can sign up for more! We would also like to open up some of our shifts for older siblings who may need service hours. These will mostly be maintenance shifts but please text Mrs. Singh at (415) 939-2070 to sign your child up. I’d like them to check in with me before each shift to go over the responsibilities and to check in about life as well!
Calling All Bakers
Earn some service hours by baking for our sweet tooth booth! Check out the flyer below for more details.
- Earn 1 hour - For every 2-dozen cookies, rice krispy treats, brownies, fudge squares, blondies, muffins, etc.
- Earn 2 hours - For every cake, pie, 2-dozen decorated cupcake or cake pops, bread loaves (banana, pumpkin, zucchini, etc.)
- *Earn an extra hour - For Candyland-themed wrapping/packaging all of your items.
Please help us have a fun & successful Festival by reading ALL of the important items below:
- For the 2025-2026 school year, all familes are required to fullfill the MINIMUM number of hours during Festival: Each school family must sign-up to work at least EIGHT (8) hours. Single-parent families are required to complete FOUR (4) hours.
- Class Booths: Please sign up for at least one 2-hour shift for each grade your children are in, BEFORE signing up for other areas. If the class booth is filled, please don't worry and sign up where you can.
- Shifts in different areas overlap in start and end times so please pay attention where and when you sign up. Additionally, Security has some overlapping shifts. For example, a Saturday evening shift in Security from 6 to 8 PM overlaps with a shift 7 to 9 PM. Please DO NOT sign up for overlapping shifts throughout the weekend, you will be deleted from a shift of our choice, if this occurs.
- During the Festival, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your shift to give enough time to check-in and report to the area you are registered to work. Check in/out booth will be on the North Yard along with where St. Dunstan booth tickets are sold.
